How do I refer?
take the following steps
1.
Speak to the referral personally giving insights about working at Rituals. If a candidate only likes your referral post on social media and applies directly - without being spoken to - it will not count as a referral.
2.
Inform Recruitment of the referral by sending an email to referral.cho@rituals.com. Be sure to mention their name and the job they will be applying for. Do this before the first interview takes place. Give a brief introduction about the referral.

• Recruitment (referral.cho@rituals.com) is responsible for the registration of the referral.
• Inform Recruitment of the referral by sending an email to referral.cho@rituals.com before the first interview.
• The referral bonus is a gross payment only paid once per candidate, to the first colleague who introduces the referral.
• The referral bonus is paid together with the salary after the referral has completed the trial period.
• The Rituals colleague cannot receive a referral bonus after the employment termination date.
• A referral bonus is not applicable if the referral was employed at Rituals before.
