We applaud everyone for actively engaging with potential talent! However, not everyone is eligible for receiving the referral bonus. A referral bonus is not applicable for the following positions:

• (Area) Managers cannot make recommendations for their own team/department/area. However, an (Area) Manager can receive a referral bonus when referring for another area, team or department

• Senior Management (Level 4a and up)

• Members of the HR Recruitment team

• Other HR employees who are involved in the hiring process of a particular candidate cannot receive a referral bones for this candidate

• Contingent workers (interim, freelance, contractor, consultant)

• The referral is not known to Recruitment Recruitment.ukie@rituals.com prior to the first interview

• The colleague is no longer employed by Rituals at the time the referral bonus would be paid

• The referral was employed at Rituals before

When a referral is made across 2 different countries, the conditions of the country where the referral is paid out are applicable.

Rituals may change the type and/or amount of the referral bonus and/or incentive at any time.
The referral program is valid from the 1st of January 2024 until  the 31st of December 2024.
