how do i refer?
take the following steps
1.
Speak to the referral personally giving insights about working at Rituals.If a candidate only likes your referral post on social media and applies directly - without being spoken to - it will not count as a referral.
2.
PAYMENTS & REWARDS
• You are responsible to inform HR by sending an email to hk.hongkong@rituals.com before the first interview.
• The referral bonus is a gross payment only paid once per candidate, to the first colleague who introduces the referral
• The referral bonus is paid in 2 installments. HK$1,500 after the candidate has completed their probation and $1,000 after the candidate has completed 6 months of service.
• The Rituals colleague cannot receive a referral bonus after terminating his or her employment.
