How do I refer? 

take the following steps
 


1.

Speak to the referral personally giving insights about working at Rituals.
If a candidate only likes your referral post on social media and applies directly - without being spoken to - it will not count as a referral.

2.

Inform Recruitment of the referral by sending an email to Recruitment.ukie@rituals.com. Specifically mentioning their name and the job they will be applying for. Do this before the first interview takes place. Be sure to give a brief introduction about the referral.

payments & Rewards


• Recruitment is responsible for the registration of the referral: you inform Recruitment of the referral by sending an email to Recruitment.ukie@rituals.com before the first interview.

• The referral bonus is a gross payment only paid once per candidate, to the first colleague who introduces the referral.

• The referral bonus is paid after the candidate has completed their probation period and will be paid with the salary.

• The Rituals colleague cannot receive a referral bonus after terminating his or her employment.
